Yes, a $300 refundable deposit is required.

Shortest trip: 1 day
Longest trip: As long as needed (new agreements may be required for long-term rentals).
How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?
A 7.38% sales tax is applied to all rentals. Additional fees are itemized at the time of booking.
How many miles are included with the rental?
200 miles per day included
Cybertruck rentals: special mileage rules may apply
What are the charges for exceeding the included mileage?
Standard vehicles: $0.35 per mile over the limit
Cybertruck: $1.00 per mile over the limit
What are your standard business hours?
6:00 AM – 11:00 PM, daily
What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees for each?
Comfy Life LLC does not normally offer delivery but may consider it with advance notice and agreement.
Within 25 miles: $50 one way
Over 25 miles: Case-by-case basis
What are the allowed pick-up and return times?
Pick-ups and returns are available 24/7, with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Is there a specific schedule for custom deliveries?
Custom deliveries must be arranged in advance and mutually agreed upon.
Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?
Yes, with advance notice.

Young Driver Fee: $200 (requires approval)

What is the cost for an additional driver?
There is no cost for additional drivers.
What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?
🚭 All vehicles are strictly non-smoking (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vaping, etc.).
Any sign of smoking will incur a $200 cleaning fee.
Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?
Yes.
All vehicles are equipped with a UNI Pass device.
Renters are responsible for all tolls, tickets, or parking violations incurred during the rental period.
Toll bills may take 30–60 days to process and will be invoiced promptly upon receipt.
Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?
We provide every vehicle in spotless condition. Normal light use is expected, but cleaning fees will be charged if the car is returned excessively dirty:
Moderate Cleaning – $50 (mud, sand, small spills, minor odors)
Heavy Cleaning – $100 (stains, smoke odors, bug debris)
Severe Cleaning – $150 (steam cleaning or full detailing)
Pet Hair Removal – $150
Multiple Issues Cleaning – $250 (when several apply)
Beach Trips – $250 (sand or sunscreen residue requiring a full detail)
🐶 We love pets, but please keep them at home — rentals must remain fur-free.
🚭 Absolutely no smoking — sprays or fragrances won’t hide it. If detected, the $200 cleaning fee will apply.
